Position Title Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor, M&E
Singapore - Singapore
Estimate cost and prepare tender documents
Prepare design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
Evaluate Contractor’s design proposals and specifications
Assess interim payment applications and final accounts
Carry out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
Provide general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services Engineering
Diploma in Intelligent Building or Facilities Management
Minimum 2-3 years post graduate experience in design, supervision and project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical discipline
Sound knowledge within electrical services and basic mechanical services
Ability to work independently and interact with Clients.
Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
