Preferred Qualifications

As FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting key activities in the project, perform development and integration activities

  • Assist in FLEXCUBE configuration as per the requirements of the Bank

  • Key member of project streams (Data Migration, 3rd party solution integration, SIT, UAT & Reporting)

  • Prepare document pertaining to gaps, interfaces and data conversions

  • Develops migration utilities, reports and integration requirements

  • Compile issues and provides resolution to technical issues reported

  • Prepare, discuss and reviews Change Requests (CR) / feasibility analysis


  • Ability to capture customer requirements and prepare requiremt specification documents

  • Acting as a Technical analyst with good hands on knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL

  • Must have Banking process knowledge

  • Familiarity of FLEXCUBE Core Banking Solution (version 12.x or higher)

  • Good Communication skills - both written and verbal.

  • Team player as well as excellent people management skills

  • The candidate is expected to spend a significant portion of their time meeting with clients


  • Graduate , MBA, BA in related fields.

  • Minimum 8 Years Industry experience (predominantly in Consulting) Banking Domain experience and/or relevant certification

  • At least 2-3 years experience in implementing / supporting / testing core banking solution

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Intermediate-level consulting professional who has a general understanding of solutions or technology designs within a product/technology family. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.

Performs standard duties and tasks with some oversight in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Operates within defined policies and processes by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May assist in influencing customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Builds a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.

2-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 1-2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Some product, technology or industry expertise. Basic ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. General knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions. Ability to travel as needed.
