Create project plans that outline task items, next steps and communicate progress from initiation to completion ensuring that the project and all of its desired outcomes are implemented effectively.
Identify opportunities to utilize system(s) to effectively communicate with agents and/or clients.
Have detailed knowledge of the system(s) to design and maintain workflows in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Be the system of record administrator; provide updates and guidance to team on performance regularly.
Understanding the system functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handle them. Analyzes, prioritizes and interprets information drawing accurate conclusions with minimal guidance. Maintain working knowledge of products and plan designs for various carriers. Develop and maintain reports to include new and renewal business by line of business, hit ratio, and any other reports deemed necessary by management. Create ongoing dashboards to reflect the data necessary to effectively run the business. Determine, in partnership with the GPB team, sales strategies to identify and win new business. Build metrics in an effort to monitor and optimize sales strategy. Be a subject matter expert (SME) in any projects that arise for the GPB team.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that instills good working relationships with brokers, clients, company representatives, co-workers and management.
