Experience in medical device product management or medical sales.
BS BA degree required, with MBA preferred.
Proven track record of launching products to market is desired.
BA/BS: 8 to 10 years of experience providing overall leadership in the market as well as evaluating a given market and assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and developing and implementing strategies or
Masters MBA: 5 to 8 years of medical device marketing expertise
Ability to project a professional image and strong leadership skills.
Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self motivated, confidant individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Results oriented individual with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share
Ability to strategically plan and tactically implement

Ability to travel 30 to 40%
Creating and implementing the tactics that support the marketing strategies to include pricing, positioning, programs and promotions that are in line with the strategic business plan
Conducting product launches and product launch support studies
Creating marketing collateral and tools to support the selling process.
Developing relationships with MD product champions and key opinion leaders who will influence broader market acceptance
Maintaining expertise as the product and procedural specialist by attending procedures, courses, tradeshows, and staying abreast of industry changes and advancements.
Creating training presentations, tools and conducting training for sales at training sessions, national sales meeting, tradeshows, accounts, etc.
Monitoring sales trends and updating forecasts as necessary to meet demand.
Monitoring of market trends including competition, procedural market growth, reimbursement, and emerging technologies.
Complete field work with sales, sales management, and clinical team.
Assist with creation, execution and support of Surgeon Education and Clinical programs.
