As a proven leader in Managed Security Services, we are growing our team. We are seeking proven C-Level Security Sales Consultants that understand and can sell solution-based services in the vast information/cyber security space.
In this role, you are considered a security SME while consulting and selling complex managed security solutions and services to "C" level executives. You must have a level of business acumen to develop, lead, and close sales opportunities with our largest enterprise accounts.
• Partner to identify, develop, and close additional opportunities with existing clients and work with sales team to close the opportunities
• Identify all the key technical influencers and present the Verizon value proposition to executive level clients
• Must have the skills necessary to clearly articulate Verizon value proposition to all levels within a customer's organization
• Map customer's identified business and technical issues to Verizon solutions
• Identify technical barriers to sale (Verizon barriers and/or the customer’s barriers)
• Identify and coordinate Verizon internal resources required to develop customer solution
• Assist customers in their evaluation of Verizon products and services
• Conduct educational sessions within the customers' organization
• Ensure there is clear documentation of customer project needs
What we’re looking for...
Degree preferred plus 2-3 years of sales experience in the some/all of the following areas:
Cyber Intelligence and Analytics
Global Managed Security Services
Threat and Risk Intelligence
Identity and Access Management
Governance Risk and Compliance
Security & Network Architecture
Job will entail:
Hunting within a set of accounts to identify opportunities to grow the accounts by adding Verizon security products and services.
Identifying opportunities, positioning, and selling the full range of Verizon Security Services (Managed Security Services, Third Party SaaS, and Professional Security/Consulting Services)
Candidate must be able to:
Demonstrate the ability to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with accounts in assigned territory
Penetrate assigned territory to meet assigned bookings quotas
Must have skills and knowledge to allow for successful prioritization of multiple projects and the ability to clearly communicate and present project requirements/timelines.
Individual will possess strong writing skills, verbal communication skills, and presentation skills and have had proven success working in complex sales environments, utilizing resources across multiple organizations to achieve sales results. Travel may be required.
