Working with a team to schedule Shell’s physical power portfolio in the WECC.
Day Ahead prescheduling in the WECC.- Upload Day-Ahead Bids and Schedules to the CAISO for Shell and customer resources.
Buying and selling transmission using OASIS web sites.- Prepare OATI NERC tags.
Ensure tags and transmission check out daily for PNW, DSW, and CAISO regions.- Work with IT Group to ensure scheduling system availability and reliability as well as direct enhancements as needed to increase productivity and business throughput.- Work with multiple groups to ensure accuracy of day to day and monthly positions within Nucleus- Responsible for knowing scheduling procedures in WECC.
Ability to multi-task in a stressful and dynamic work environment.
Meet time sensitive deadlines. (Accurate and timely deal entry).

Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business Economics or any related field.
Extensive Excel spreadsheet and database management skills.
Experience in power market / scheduling would be a great advantage.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet tight daily deadlines and work independently.
Strong problem solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills/ability.
Preferred knowledge of the following programs: Nucleus, Nmarket, OATI, Microsoft Excel, OASIS Transmission Web based system, and PI.
