Due to our market position in this segment, we are looking currently for an experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling consulting service engagements for implementing ERP, EPM and SCM SaaS solutions to prospects and existing clients.
You will work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Cloud Sales Teams and drive the sales cycle at our top prospects across several verticals like Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation and Media/Utilities.
This role is perfect for someone inherently curious. A person who is willing to take ownership, can lead complex sales cycles and establishes professional relationships to top-level decision makers based on proven experience in working with large Enterprise Accounts.
Bringing business process knowledge as a background would be a positive attribute (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order Management & Fulfillment, Logistics, Warehouse Management). Also, knowledge around innovational topics such as IoT, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are areas of interest, combined with a strong attitude for advanced value-selling.
Share your extensive expertise in ERP technologies, business processes and industry trends
Lead strategic technology/business discussions and advise on roadmaps, case for change, organisational impact and migration methodology in collaboration with local teams from Sales, PreSales, Consulting, Customer Success, Innovation Advisory and Industry Business Units
Create a vision of how Oracle can be the ideal partner to succeed with the digital transformation journey
WHAT YOU WILL DO
End to End Sales Cycle Management
Establish and maintain actively internal and external relationships to key stakeholders
Generate, develop and close new business
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Call on senior-level executive contacts (CFO, CDO, CIO, CEO, COO)
Account strategy and planning within the assigned territory
Allocation, coordination and management of resources
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of transformation projects
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
Master degree or equivalent and/or at least 5 years of SaaS sales experience, 10 years of sales expertise
Successful sales track record in ERP applications and/or ERP application consulting services
Ability to penetrate accounts, establish trustful relationships with senior stakeholders within target accounts
ERP applications knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors in the wider ERP space
Personality and proper attitude to interact with C-level executives
Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
Ambitioned hunting skills (new business)
Willingness to travel on a regular basis
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
Expertise in driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and addressing client pain points
Experience selling high end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and midmarket companies
Experience leveraging social media to drive contacts, leads and opportunities
Fluency in German, good level of Business English is mandatory

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
