Deloitte Human Capital Consultant with Top Secret/SCI Clearance in Springfield, Virginia

The workforce strategy and analytics team utilizes an analytics platform to develop tools and visualizations to help client leadership make data-driven decisions.

Work you ll do

As an Human Capital Consultant professional within our team you will use best practices outlined by Deloitte to develop reports and/or dashboards and queries against enterprise level systems to answer key human capital questions.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

  • Support implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks

  • Collaborate with fellow developers and testers in an Agile development

  • Work with government product owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design

  • Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion

  • Imagining and transforming the composition and capabilities of the workforce to match the needs of the future of work in this age of technology disruption

  • Delivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services and processes to identify, build and incent to drive success of organizations and their workforces

  • Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 years or more of relevant consulting or industry experience in Data Analysis; Data Visualization; Microsoft Excel; Performance Measures; Key Performance Indicators; Career Planning; Integrated Talent Management; Strategic Communications; Human Capital Strategy and Programs; human centered design

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph preferred

  • Experience in Workforce or HR Analytics

  • Some experience with a business intelligence software

  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis

  • Experience using RDBMS (Rational Database Management Systems) like Oracle, DB2, Sybase, or SQL Server

  • Some experience with visualization BI tools like Cognos, Tableau Business Objects

  • Some experience developing or working with SQL
