Position: Business Analyst
Job Description: The Business Analyst will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
We are seeking someone with excellent functional, technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly with sound documentation to support the findings.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on the systems and solutions we are using, provide training, lease with the business to gather requirements into scoped documentation and help execute projects to see requirements put into the production environments.Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to the following;
Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques
Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Advise stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
Run workshops and training sessions
Document value streams and functional requirements for departments, processes, and projects
Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures
Direct and oversee system projects
Innovate by applying new technologies in the workplace
Consult with other executives, staff and board members about operations
Identify places to improve performance, policies, and programs
Implementing business procedures and refining existing processes
Collaborates with other departments for the common purpose of maximizing revenues
