Arrow Electronics Data Integrity Specialist in St. Leonards, Australia

Position: Data Integrity Specialist

Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to manage, translate the data provided by external suppliers and transition it into internal systems. Assist in improving Data Integrity policies within the business. The work will predominately be administrative, completing a range of tasks that will require a thorough assessment of documentation, information translation and the ability to manage your own workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt and validation of price and product information provided by suppliers

  • Update in-house quote tool with price and product information provided by suppliers

  • Update in-house quote tool with related products and services (linking)

  • Troubleshoot system issues and new quote tool requirements

  • Working in close liaison with business units to provide an acceptable solution for web based and in-house quoting

  • Collation of Point of Sale reports for suppliers and other reporting

  • Work closely with all departments within the business to ensure smooth data flow across all systems

  • Perform data integrity checks on new and existing records across various systems

  • Maintain data auditing reports, cleansing tasks, and tracking documentation
