What You'll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity where you’ll own the brand and strategic marketing initiatives across TTEC’s Asia Pacific business? This is a great opportunity to maximise the value of TTEC’s business proposition by developing and executing the regional marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, increase demand, grow pipeline and accelerate sales engagements. You’ll focus on three integral needs of the business; demand generation, field marketing and brand management. Bring your deep technical knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (analytics, app, website, email, salesforce) - and the curiosity to investigate new solutions and the ability to act as a thought leader on next wave of marketing strategies.

On a typical day, you’ll:*

  • Demand Generation

o Drive regional marketing strategy through a cross functional team of operations, sales, marketing, and consulting.

o Develop annual marketing plan, create goals and benchmarks in alignment with corporate and regional sales goals and objectives, identify channels and tactics to drive marketing performance and manage budget spend.

o Develop and execute regional digital outbound marketing programs leveraging paid, earned, owned and shared channels such as social, web, mobile, online advertising, search, apps, directory listings and content syndication.

o In conjunction with the corporate marketing department and regional content marketing resources, develop Australian marketing and sales enablement collateral and communications – including core/new product and service marketing collateral, presentations and social collateral (blogs, e-books, cases studies, guides, fact sheets, etc.)

o Create a framework to measure ROI effectiveness of all assigned marketing programs, track and report results against targets, and continually optimize programs.

o Develop, evaluate and manage implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures, in conjunction with corporate marketing team. Ability to utilize data and analytics to derive actionable recommendations.

o Manage relationships with industry partners including industry associations and influencers

  • Go-to-Market Planning & Strategy

  • Work in partnership with regional sales leadership to develop the 3-year Asia Pacific strategy and corresponding 12-month operating plan.

  • Establish market opportunity and across each segment and corresponding target addressable market.

  • Develop Asia Pacific competitive landscape overview.

  • Contribute market, audience and competitive insights to support regional business strategy, in collaboration with regional sales leadership.

  • Field Marketing

o Support BD personnel across the sales and operational departments to construct pitch strategies and lead the development of solution / customer centric creative materials (including site visits)

o Support regional VP with Sales QBR reporting and analysis, and adhoc tracking reports and snapshots.

o Support APAC sales executives by collaborating with corporate inside sales, market insights (research) and Martech to support lead management processes and activities in region.

o Support marketing efforts associated with new to region product launches / campaigns.

o Assist and or manage assignments in support of corporate and regional VP initiatives as directed.

o Serve as operational owner and subject matter expert for TTEC Asia Pacific’s inbound and outbound marketing channels and tools.

o Partner with regional sales, global marketing and segment marketing teams to develop outbound campaigns and accelerate digital content generation, owning strategy and best practice recommendations for Asia Pacific region.

o Own strategic planning process and ongoing management of annual marketing events calendar and tradeshow sponsorships.

o Project management and onsite coordination of industry forums, award nights, tradeshows, webinars, product launches, thought leadership events, including pre- and post-event campaign nurture, appointment setting and lead distribution.

o Collaborate with sales leadership and global head of demand generation on Inside Sales Representative activity planning and oversight.

  • Brand Management

o Optimise APAC’s microsite within TTEC.com, manage regular content updates, and drive regional SEO/SEM strategy in conjunction with the corporate marketing team.

o Create, execute and optimize regional social media strategy to drive brand awareness and adoption of APAC Sales VP’s leading engagement on social media channels.

o Identify regional media outlets and influencers for which to target engagement via development and distribution of press releases, media alerts, pitches and announcements, in collaboration with global head of communications and regional content marketing manager.

o Develop regional awards strategy, and manage cross-functional award content development, including review and submission process.

o Construct digital strategies that leverage and build purposeful marketing ecosystems for a brand, engaging customers with high value content that creates brand affinity.

o Some copywriting, art direction and digital content development as required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required

  • 7 years’ experience in B2B marketing and advertising, either in an agency working with enterprise level clients or within a large, multi-national organisation

  • Marketing and management experience: social media, email marketing, website analytics, SEO, PPC, content marketing, event coordination, project management

  • Extensive experience working with senior executives

  • Consistent and skillful budget control with a focus on ROI driven resource allocation

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and successfully executing marketing strategies, across a range of industry verticals.

  • Exceptional competency in Salesforce.com Sales and Marketing Cloud Platforms, Pardot, Terminus, Bombora, Google Analytics

  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

  • Experience working in or with creative agencies a bonus.
