IBM Digital Offering Manager in St Louis, Missouri
IBM is focused on driving growth through digital marketing and continuously improving the digital experience for our users and clients. The Digital Strategist will lead the creation of integrated digital experiences to drive awareness and demand for the Hybrid Cloud portfolio worldwide. As a member of the Performance Marketing team the Strategist will be part of co-located teams focused on innovative approaches and best practices; leveraging data and analytics to more effectively drive continuous improvement.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for:
Aligned with one or more products and assigned offering manager
Ensure digital offerings have suitable pricing / packaging, self-service try/buy and on-boarding experiences to ensure conversion from try to buy and successful adoption.
Responsible for successful launch of digital offerings for the commercial segment
Attend all Digital Offering release meetings
Ensure that offering launch plans are complete and reports variances to the OM lead.
Keep all disciplines updated on GBT/UT changes for your assigned digital offerings
Ensure new parts/packaging are updated in GAIA CRM and Guided selling Tool
Monitor and respond to Medallia surveys for assigned digital offerings and identify offering improvements
Interlock with Enablement for new releases and changes to existing offerings
Ensure Seller and Business Partner enablement is created, scheduled and posted to the appropriate channels
Create digital offering enablement and support enablement events, as needed
Offering Analytics - Bi-weekly meetings with Customer Analytics team
Review digital offering usage data and identify friction points
Identify new areas requiring instrumentation
Identify offering improvements and collaborate with Design to define solutions for A/B testing
Key participant and contributor in weekly Growth sprints
Collaborate with Growth Leader to define Hypotheses and run A/B tests during weekly Growth Sprint
Collaborate with Growth Leader, Marketing and Digital OMs to drive growth and cross-sell of Hybrid Cloud digital offerings
Development - work with Development teams to deliver offering improvements
Sales and Marketing - attend Bi-weekly interlock meetings, provide digital offering updates, answer questions and respond to requests for assistance from Sales and Marketing teams
User Community Management for assigned offerings
Lead migration to new user community
Ensure Bi-weekly contribution of digital offering content (blogs, webinars)
Source offering content from OM, Marketing, Development, ID, Sales and other teams
Active participation in community forums
Get Social - promote your offerings on social networks
Attend events to promote digital offerings, including user groups and partner events.
Reporting for each assigned offering
Bi-weekly report to BA CDO
Friction points and detailed source/metrics
Offering improvement plan that will drive measurable growth (net new, expansion, renewals)
Offering improvement status with metrics
Weekly release status and funnel metrics
Github board updates
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

7 years of experience in the Digital Space
Entrepreneurial/Design Thinking experience
