How will you make an impact?

Pivotal person supporting Operations who is responsible for batch record requests and preparation as well as coordination of thaws.

What will you do?

  • Develop Production Master Batch Records and Manufacturing Formulation Records with the SAP ERP environment in accordance with the site Master Production Schedule

  • Manage the preparation of Manufacturing Batch Records including record requests, pick-up, reconciliation, record preparation, and label management

  • Manage coordination of all production program thaw requests, both clinical and commercial

  • Assist Planning with management of Operations Process Orders by coordinating timely closure and/or rescheduling

  • Support batch record completion for disposition through facilitation of information and organization of the batch record inputs

  • Assist in evaluating required Bill of Material (BOM) recipes in coordination with supporting groups

  • Assist in inventory counts within the production suites and coordinate results with Inventory Leads and Procurement

  • Perform or assist with investigation when discrepancies of inventory are discovered

How will you get here?

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent minimally required. Some college and/or military experience preferred.

Experience

  • Requires 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or GMP environment required, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • SAP experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Clean room knowledge a plus

  • Understanding of processes and equipment

  • Understanding ‘why’ and not just the ‘how’ of processes and practices

  • PC skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Math skills.
