The Data Platform Services practice area is seeking to hire a Master Data Management (MDM) Product Development Lead. The MDM Product Development Lead provides overall technical guidance for MDM product configuration and development activities in a client consulting environment. In addition, the MDM Product Development Lead is responsible for the overall integrity of MDM code within the solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development resources in completion of design, code and unit test for MDM Tool Suite (i.e. InfoSphere MDM / MDM Orchestra / MDM Informatica Data Model, Services Transaction Suite)

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of all development deliverables

  • Use Agile in development and delivery

  • Facilitate code reviews with internal and client teams

  • Resolve software issues and escalate through IBM Product Support

  • Provide project updates related to technical tasks

  • Collaborate with solution architect and other technical leads to define macro design

  • Assist with design and define code deployment of MDM configuration and coding

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 2 years of experience with hands-on implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions

  • At least 2 years of experience with hands-on usage of data model and service transaction suites in MDM software suites (IBM InfoSphere MDM Server, Informatica MDM, Orchestra Network's EBX)

  • At least 2 years of experience with requirements analysis

  • At least 2 years of experience with defect management, tracking and resolution

  • At least 2 years of experience with code migration and deployment

  • At least 2 years of experience with transaction optimization and bench marking

  • At least 2 years of experience with large and complex data management projects

  • At least 2 years of experience delivering IT Services and/or Consulting projects within a consulting organization

  • Experience with Agile in a development and delivery project environment

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience with hands-on implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions

  • At least 5 years of experience with requirements analysis

  • At least 5 years of experience with defect management, tracking and resolution

  • At least 5 years of experience with code migration and deployment

  • At least 5 years of experience with transaction optimization and bench marking
