Target Openings:


Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system programming and analysis tasks of intermediate complexity within a single system or group of small systems.

  • Responsibilities include performing analysis, design, programming and configuration functions (includes defining technical requirements) with a very high degree of accuracy and speed.

  • Performs analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of intermediate complexity and escalates appropriately.

  • Install and configure vendor applications for business users, including setup of related infrastructure and troubleshooting/resolution of all issues.

  • Research required processes and initiate requests for changes related to setup and maintenance of vendor application environments.

  • Provide production support to business users, including necessary follow-through to prevent problem recurrence.

  • Assist business users with technical challenges, including vendor application configuration details, data reporting, and process automation.

  • Fulfill requests made by other internal IT teams to maintain compliance of application environments with internal/external policies.

  • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • Utilizes business knowledge to explain technical activities in business terms.

  • Seeks opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.

  • Performs basic project management responsibilities.

  • Provides technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.

  • Applies knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to formulate solutions within the context of assigned projects.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, provides intermediate programming, configuring and/or analysis skills for specific system assignments. Manages interaction between the systems and corporate technical support areas when additional support is required. Troubleshoots, conducts impact analysis, and escalates appropriately. Defines technical requirements and has ability to coordinate team resources to solve problems. This job does not lead others.

Position Type:


Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of .NET, SQL, Crystal Reports, Cognos Reports, Auto-Sys, PowerShell, Windows Server OS, Active Directory

  • Production support experience preferred.

  • Experience with scripting and scheduling tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge of different operating systems is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years of programming/development experience preferred. Ability to collaborate with application vendors, our Treasury and Investment business partners is a must

  • Knowledge of Frontier vendor application is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of programming/development experience required.
