Travelers Paralegal in St. Paul, Minnesota
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Learn about and support all aspects of an investment portfolio that includes real estate, joint ventures, and investment funds
Use organizational and project management skills to manage data and documents efficiently; develop, lead, and complete complex projects as needed or assigned
Collaborate on a team to identify and creatively solve a wide range of legal, regulatory, and business issues
Build relationships with clients and corporate groups to achieve business objectives; understand and address the interests of internal groups
Coordinate with service providers to drive assigned projects to completion
Identify, compile, and maintain appropriate content on a website form library; assist in training activities
Research legal issues; review material terms of legal agreements; draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys; coordinate signature pages, document execution, and post-signing integration and administration; prepare officers’ certificates and resolutions; complete investor subscription booklets; prepare closing books; track and complete post-closing items

Provide support for all aspects of an investment and corporate legal practice.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience required.

Licensing or Certificates:
Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Relevant real estate, corporate, or investment fund experience a plus.
