Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom, virtual and blended learning curriculum to meet the technical and leadership demands of employees and business partners. Provide coaching to less experienced Facilitators. Facilitate live and virtual learning Create an environment in which learners feel comfortable to learn, ask questions and share experiences. Develop curriculum for facilitators to ensure their technical knowledge is current. Provide performance consultation, including performance support and continuous learning approaches May complete other functions (scheduling and resourcing, etc.) based on LOB role across multiple lines in partnership with director Consult with front line managers and others as appropriate on the development of their staff Identify and drive the use of common learning solutions across multiple lines of business Other duties as assigned

Marketing Description:

This position is responsible for facilitating change management training classes and workshops for IT audiences. Consults with IT business partners to provide coaching and change management support using the AIM methodology. Leads short and long-term IT learning strategies to increase organizational capabilities through facilitation of change management content, and implementation of the IT Education strategy. Analyzes, designs and develops face to face and virtual instructor-led learning solutions. Provides coaching, mentoring and developing for more junior team members. Leads IT Education project teams that support the facilitation and delivery of large or complex training projects/programs.

Under general direction, this position is responsible for facilitating live, virtual or blended learning programs in one or more line of business. Acts as team lead in designing learning assets Acts as a team lead to a group of facilitators Does not manage others

Preferred Qualifications:

Typically 8+ years of professional learning experience with a strong focus on facilitation in face to face and virtual environments. Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in facilitation required. Experience conducting needs analysis for performance outcomes required. Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploring new trends, strategies, and practices in the talent development field preferred. AIM instructor accreditation preferred.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in learning and development field. Prior experience in corporate learning preferred Thorough knowledge in applying adult learning and design theories to the design/development/delivery of engaging, effective learning resources in a wide variety of formats preferred Thorough knowledge of MS Office products preferred Thorough knowledge of multiple learning technologies required, including video conferencing, virtual platforms (Lync, Skype for Business), use of cameras for streaming, etc.) preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards preferred Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the talent development field and sharing across the organization preferred

Physical Requirements:

Operates standard office equipment (daily) Standing (40-50% of time) Lifting items up to(50 lbs.) pounds/ (weekly) Use of Keyboards, Sporadic 10-Key (daily)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of seven years of technical claim handling, training and/or leadership experience.
