Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Evaluates executive-level positions, including market pricing new and existing jobs, writing job descriptions, and conducting labor market analysis. Assists in the support of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including meeting materials, the annual proxy statement documentation and validation, and other compensation-related reporting and disclosure requirements. Leads selected projects that are technically complex and/or sensitive. Participates in third-party survey sources, explores the results, and reports on the findings. Assists in the design of compensation programs, including modeling financial costs and drafting presentation and/or communication materials. Studies competitive practices and monitors trends impacting the compensation function with an industry focus. Maximizes application of compensation tools to support business initiatives/compensation strategies. Assists in the development of regulatory-related compensation processes and draft responses to regulator requests May design and/or deliver compensation-related training Provides support to compensation management and other team members. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with course work in business administration and/or industrial relations. Experience with and knowledge of compensation compliance laws/requirements, market analysis and pay design methodologies, variable compensation and equity plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience working in compensation, human resources or analytical field such as finance or accounting.
