Our team helps multinational clients manage their mobile workforce by developing effective expatriate management solutions. You’ll be assisting our team manage business processes through expatriate software implementation, systems redesign and integration with enterprise Human Resources/Payroll solutions such as PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP and Human Resources Access.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of expatriate-related payroll delivery, emphasizing proven extensive success in a role conducting and/or managing payroll services for international assignments. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of general tax, which includes but is not limited to the following: payroll and tax related delivery of pay instructions to client specific service provider, compensation data collection, taxability assessment. Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of and a track record success in a role with team and project management of multiple large and complex engagements, including participating in and managing workstreams within projects 1) from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff, and 2) within a professional business services environment that focus on Expatriate Tax Payroll systems.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success to identify and address client needs: developing client relationships; preparing complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, risk management, budgets, billing and collection. Demonstrates proven thorough ability and success to utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills within a professional business services environment, including interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management Demonstrates proven thorough ability to anticipate client needs, and plan and communicate an approach for meeting those needs.
