CACI is looking for an Capture Manager Team Lead to lead the National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) Team of capture managers pursuing major capture efforts (especially those greater than $75M) to successful completion. As a member of the Corporate Strategic Capture team and as the NCS Capture Team lead, you will partner cross-functionally within CACI in pursuit of business primarily with classified DoD and Intelligence Community customers in the Cyber, Intelligence Systems Support (ISS) and Space markets. You will be based in Sterling, VA and may travel occasionally to other CACI offices or customer sites. What You’ll Get to Do:
You will lead a team of Capture Managers and oversee their Capture efforts.
You will partner with the NCS Business Group Leadership, the Business Development Executive (BDE), Business Development Managers, and your Capture Managers to develop Win strategies and Capture Plans across the portfolio of opportunities assigned to the Strategic Capture Team for NCS.
You will assign and manage Capture Managers across specific NCS pursuits to capture new and recompete business efforts with potential revenues of over $75M.
You will orchestrate, coach, and mentor your Capture Team to develop win strategies and capture plans for each pursuit including, but not limited to, technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, and pricing strategies.
In cooperation with NCS BD and Operations Management teams, you will develop acquisition shaping objectives, and develop the customer communications strategies to achieve the desired acquisition shaping objectives and best position CACI to win
Design, maintain and execute formal capture plans and monitor progress against Capture plan objectives and timelines.
Develop and Manage Capture Schedules and B&P budgets assigned to the Strategic Capture Managers for NCS.
Gather capture-specific intelligence on the needs of your customer and capabilities of your competitors and develop win strategies based on that knowledge.
Participate in all NCS pursuit reviews including Win Strategy, Price Strategy, Deep Dive, Milestones, Pink team, Red team, Monthly New Business Review, and others as required.
You accomplish all of the above with personal and professional integrity and with the highest ethical standards.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline or one of the Sciences, or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in successfully leading the capture of large ($75M+) pursuits with classified DoD and IC customers.
2-3+ years of managing Capture Staff (preferred) of BD staff.
Knowledge of and strong contacts within the Cyber, ISS and Space markets to facilitate the development of strategic teaming relationships.
Experience bidding and Winning FEDSIM deals.
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required.
