CACI is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Signals Processing Developer in the Sterling, VA area. If you enjoy algorithm development, and performing engineering task, join CACI to utilize your skills to support a team of highly skilled developers on an evolving project. This software is the basis of our technical solution for Counter unmanned aircraft Systems (C-UAS).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Work with a team of highly skilled professionals.
Design, develop, integrate and test software to go into the DSP baseline.
Help define the requirements, CONOPs and architecture for future systems.
Support field testing of the equipment being developed.
Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
Provide support for the full software lifecycle to include requirements definition, design, implementation, algorithm development, verification and maintenance of computing environment.
Have exposure to all phases of product development.
Implementation of system capabilities.
Support design reviews as part of a system engineering team.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI with Poly.
(Candidates who are cleared are preferred, but willing to accept uncleared candidates who are able to be cleared)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, computer science or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience.
Programming skills in Python.
Linux software development experience.
Software Development experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Demonstrated experience with Python, or JAVA within Unix/Linux programming environments.
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with an understanding of communication systems design and theory.
