CACI International Program Manager, Defensive Cyber Operations in Sterling, Virginia
What You'll Get to Do:
CACI National and Cyber Solutions is currently looking for a motivated Senior Program Manager to plan, organize, and manager a capability development and engineering program in our Defensive Cyber Operations Division.
Job duties and functions include: Planning, directing, and coordinating projects and systems engineering efforts in a Cyber environment. The Program Manager will perform day-to-day management and will work with the customer and others to develop and mature long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contract. The Program Manager will perform both horizontal and vertical integration planning, and will interface with other functional areas, ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner, provide supervision, training, and direction to staff.
The Program Manager will be accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion, coordinating activities in support of project activities and teams that support the provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, tracking and monitoring requirements through completion preparing finished deliverables (e.g., status reports to Sponsor, management, open issues). The ideal candidate is comfortable in working in a fast pace, agile team environment and has experience in cyber security or cyber operations, preferably with the Department of Defense.
More About the Role:
Direct Daily operations – analyzing workflow amongst project areas and work with the customer in establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines; identify and implement process improvements.
Coordinate and lead all customer engagement, to include the Government PEO and Mission Partners
Perform day-to-day personnel and technical management of engineering staff to ensure high-quality and acceptable project, and engineering efforts are completed by the team
Responsible for the successful project execution within cost and schedule, including financial planning and management oversight and close coordination with Program Control Analysts
Drive organic growth within the program and position CACI for sustained, predictable growth in the Cyber Defense market, specifically focused on DoD Cyber Defense.
Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customer technical, program, and contract staff
Establish excellent working relationships with customer and all program partners
Lead your team – ensure a high performing team
Stay abreast of advances in technology and processes
Be a team player
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
15+ years’ experience supporting Government information technology development, systems engineering, or cyber programs
10+ years’ experience managing technical projects or programs; to include projects of increasing size, scope and complexity
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable.
Experience managing a contract or task order that exceeds $50M in value and related to Computer Network Defense for Federal government programs.
Experience overseeing the execution of infrastructure and application development projects.
Experience implementing and managing Agile DevOps processes
Experience managing remote teams or geographically dispersed personnel.
Experience supporting a contract or task order responsible for adhering to DoD information security and personnel security practices.
Experience implementing service level agreements and performance metrics on a contract or task order is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills and possessing a pro-active management style, and the ability to work closely with the client.
Knowledgeable in task negotiations, monthly reporting, cost estimating, and program analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be a US citizen and hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Professional certifications related to cybersecurity and information technology (i.e. CISSP, CISM).
Knowledge of DoD Defensive Cyber Operations
Experience with ICD 503 and working knowledge of Risk Management Frame work as outlined in NIST SP 800-37.
Experience utilizing an agile development methodology to deliver, test, and integrate products in less than 90 days
