The Operations Manager will report to the Air and Maritime Department Lead within Tactical Solutions and play a critical role in supporting the future growth and execution of the business. This candidate must have excellent written and oral communications skills and must be able to effectively interface with staff and management of all levels. They should have strong collaboration skills, be able to manage multiple, potentially conflicting, assignments, while ensuring accuracy, adherence to documentation standards, and timely delivery of all work products.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Oversee successful execution of ongoing projects and lead transition and start-up of new projects.
You are responsible for working with Project Leads to monitor and mitigate risks and ensure projects meet technical, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
Be a key member of the program management team, working with the Program Manager, PMO staff, and Project and Functional Leads to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical capabilities.

Deliver operational excellence, and ensure projects exceed technical, schedule, cost and quality objectives
Track completion of actions assigned to various project teams
Lead planning and start-up for emergent projects—developing ROMs, building a team, establishing roles and responsibilities
Implement effective stakeholder communications—conducting meetings, preparing reports, and addressing issues and concerns
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study required
At least 15 years of relevant experience required
Experience working in a DoD environment; Air Force experience preferred
Track record for managing complex technical projects with aggressive schedules
Experience leveraging SIGINT, GEOINT, IMINT and/or cyber in support of military operations
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic work environment
Must possess a current Top Secret SCI clearance and obtain govt. client approval
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience managing a Program of Record
Experience as a software development manager or systems engineering manager
Prior military experience
