CBRE Associate Lease Administration Analyst in Sunnyvale, California

JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, prepares documents and send them for abstract, edits narratives to support computer generated reports, and provides lease analysis and interpretation of lease information to clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide ongoing support to Lease analysts and managers. Attend weekly calls. Setup and maintain documents and folders in Harbor Flex/Tririga. Prepare and issue landlord consent request packages. Obtain documents and request closeout packages from the Property Manager. Pick up and send mail correspondence. Respond to landlord requests Respond to and provide documentation requests sent by the client and the team Monitor the shared email inbox and facilitate responses as needed. Assist with various projects as directed.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of one-year related work experience, preferably including property management or accounting. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Beginner or Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Ability to work well under pressure. Advanced organizational skills.
