We are a team of highly motivated and self-driven contributors who will be working on various Oracle Fusion Financial products or features development in the areas such as General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Collections, Payment, Globalization features, etc. You will also have opportunities to play the role of learning and prototyping solutions for multiple modules.   1. Understands and participates in all phases of the Fusion Financial application Development Lifecycle

  2. Meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking efficiently, coordinating dependencies with other groups in multiple time zones

  3. Coordinate with product managers to gather and translate business functional requirements into technical solutions

  4. Collaborating with Architects and development managers to finalize the solution and getting approvals on design as well as being responsible for creating, analyzing and reviewing high/low level design as well as programming

  5. Coaching and guiding colleagues in the progression and development of their personal and technical skills

Candidates Requirements:

  1. BS and/or MS degree in computer science or equivalent

2. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  1. Solid Java and Database development experiences

  2. Good JavaScript development experience

  3. Good J2EE related development experience

  4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

  5. 8 years and above software development experiences with track record of driving multiple products from inception to delivery.

  6. Hands-on work with people management in a product development environment and ability to work in large teams and mentor juniors

  7. Familiar with jQuery, requireJS, knockoutJS related frontend web UI framework and tools would be a plus

  8. Familiar with SOA Web Services, RESTful Web Service, and WS Security would be a plus

  9. Experience on Distributed Search engine would be a plus

  10. Experience with working on Cloud applications or Cloud Platform/Infrastructure is an added advantage

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
