-通过电话,网页等渠道接受客户咨询

-合同确认

-分析和决定问题的优先级别

-能够准确的把问题派送到相应的支持组

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

-具有流畅的口头表达能力 (日语一级)

-良好的人际沟通技巧与电话沟通习惯

  • 主动性强,勤力,有团队精神。

-具有责任心,办事干练、反应灵活及团体合作精神

-能承受压力,能够处理各种紧急的情况

-能接受轮班工作 (每月大概4天E shift(4PM-12PM)和4天N Shift(0AM-8AM))的晚班工作,根据项目需要)

-能接受弹性上班时间 (周末和国家节假日(包括春节,国庆等)会安排上班,根据项目需要)

-大专或以上学历,专业不限(日语能力优秀者优先考虑)
