Support for multiple workrelationships that employees or contingent workers may have with multiplelegal employers, multiple assignments, or individual contract agreements

- Create technical design specifications
based on functional designs
- Convert design specifications into high quality working code within
allocated budget and time frame
Ensure quality of deliverables by adhering to project standards
Conduct code review of programs written by peers
Perform unit and system integration testing
Resolve complex system bugs and errors identified during all phases of
- Resolve complex service requests raised by customers according to defined processes
and within set timeframe
Coordinate with teammates and other teams in resolving issues.
Lead technical designs as well as ensure technical reviews.
Mentor / lead junior staff including market hires and university recruiting
- Ability and desire to work in a geographically distributed team
- Possess B.S. or M.S. degree in a field
relevant to functional area
1 years work experience in JAVA, J2EE, XML, and ADF
Good SQL skills with experience in developing RDBMS applications
Good understanding of relational database design ,normalization and data
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodology
Good understanding of object-oriented design and development
Good understanding of application development in a multi-tier environment
Creative, has initiative and able to work independently
Good command of speaking and writing English. Well developed interpersonal
skills are also critical as the job requires constant interaction with other
teams that are not located locally. Working effectively in a virtual team with
members located in multiple time zones may be a feature of this position, as
well as the ability to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
