We are currently looking for a Mainframes Home Loan Product Project Lead for a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

This position is part of a Project Team, which involves in project inception to closure across Analysis, Design, Build and Test Phases. As a project Lead you would

• Interact with CBA Business and Business Analysts every day and coordinates with IBM team

• Assist in creating technical solutions for the functional requirements

• Participate in client meetings to communicate status, address queries and give demos

• Participate in design and code reviews to offer insight and ask questions

• Drive the IBM technical deliverables according to the timelines of approved projects

• Define team coding standards, development processes and best practices

To ensure success in the role the following skills are a must –

  • Experience with Home Loan Product Systems of large banks

  • Understanding and Creation of design patterns

  • Strong experience with CICS, COBOL, DB2 and MQ

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Experience in creating Data Flow Diagrams and Use Case modelling techniques

Compensation package from $83,790 (full-time equivalent) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
