ABM/Customer Marketing Manager (JAPAC)
We are hiring a talented,
data-driven marketer to focus on the success and growth of our target and existing
customers with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Marketing Campaigns.
You will be our customers’ biggest fan internally and run campaigns to boost
their adoption and use of our platform, with the goal of maximising their
success and impact. You will keep our customers up-to-date on the latest capabilities,
while also target new accounts with Account-based Marketing (ABM) and Industry
focused campaigns to help drive Pipeline Acceleration and increase our
Full ownership of ABM
campaigns via platforms including LinkedIn and other tools geared towards ABM
to align campaigns and sales action to the buyer’s journey.
−Plan and execute the
marketing strategy focused on product proficiency, customer success and
expansion in our existing customer accounts.
- Build programs focused on
the middle of the funnel to accelerate or reinvigorate pipeline.
- Manage our Customer Event
Program including physical event roadshows and webinars, as well as high-touch
events for rapid entry pipeline and pipeline acceleration.
- Enhancement and coordination
of our New Customer Journey and Customer Appreciation Programs.
−Measure the success of these
campaigns and optimize your approach based on the resulting data and work
closely with Industry marketing to launch broader industry campaigns.
−Educate our growing customer
base about our platform capabilities and their benefits through customer
newsletters, customer-focused content, social media and more
−Advocate internally that all
teams solve for the customer -- you are their biggest fans within the company
and understand that their success and happiness is what we are all about!
−BA/BS degree or
equivalent working experience.
−Past experience in
communications, marketing, analytics, or related field.
- Appreciation of an exposure
−Strong writer and content
creator (including ebooks, and other customer-facing resources).
- A nose for good product
marketing, and the ability to educate in ways that our customers/target will

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
