Alliance/Industry Marketing Manager (JAPAC)

We are looking for a

passionate, talented candidate to fill a key position within our marketing

organisation in our NetSuite business. You should be a great relationship

manager with the ability to sell, negotiate, and align our company goals with

those of potential alliance partners as well as having a strong understanding

or experience managing integrated marketing campaigns. Using these abilities,

you will build long term relationships with our Alliance partners and domain

experts within our ecosystem, to build joint marketing campaigns targeted

specific industries from thought leadership all the way through to demand

generation and pipeline acceleration across Asia Pacific and Japan.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

−Create a systematic,

process-driven approach to partner outreach, relationship management and joint

campaign execution.

−Collaborate with management

and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing

partner relationships and the joint GTM you develop, augmenting our brand

position and reach through industry targeted campaigns.

  • Build or localise industry

campaigns focused on trends, thought leadership or specific micro-verticals

where we have a strong value proposition.

  • Validate and evangalise the

need for industry specific content and build a strong network of domain experts

and thought leaderships for priority industries.

  • Define the right marketing

mix, then manage the execution of industry campaigns across mediums including

webinars, eDM, blogs, events, social and more.

  • Manage stakeholders and work

with other marketing team members, agencies, and 3 rd parties such as

industry media/associations to ensure campaigns get the desired reach, traction

and measurability.

−Deliver a great experience to

our partners when working with our organisation-- you will represent our brand

and be our partners’ liaison internally.

−Forecast, measure, and report

the results of various industry campaigns and projects with partners, including

co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event

partnerships.

−Establish the right processes

for engaging and vetting new partners from a marketing perspective while

maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

Requirements:

−BA/BS or equivalent working

experience.

−Strong abilities in

developing and managing partnerships for lead or revenue generation, and other

strategic initiatives.

−Past experience in sales,

marketing, and/or account management preferred.

  • Genuine passion for

impacting the bottom line, driving mutual success and a real passion for

knowledge and industry trends

−Amazing communicator, both

written and verbal, with high attention to detail.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
