Australia is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing for elements

of our Saas / ERP portfolio. This role is responsible for defining the

marketing plan, organizing and executing activities that generate new prospects

as well as providing leadership for creating and accelerating opportunities for

the sales team and partners.

You are collaborative, entrepreneurial

in style and hands-on in approach; you have experience leading and building high

impact marketing programs. Extremely capable in influencing colleagues and

business partners to pursue a journey with you. You are also analytical, data

driven and focused on campaign performance where your primary goal is to create

demand that measurably contributes to pipeline and revenue goals.

The role will aim to act

as a business partner to the ANZ leadership team contributing to the overall

go-to-market planning and execution. Working within a six-monthly planning

framework, the successful candidate will work collaboratively across regional

teams to optimise global / JAPAC/ EMEA initiatives and themes.

Successful candidates

will have modern marketing skills and experience

leading integrated marketing teams. You can define a marketing mix that creates

relevant yield and maximises spend by using diverse customer acquisition tools

and vehicles to drive strong pipeline outcomes.

You will ideally have an

excellent track record of effective engagement with sales stakeholders,

building mutual demand programs and would have worked within a technology

company targeting the enterprise marketplace.

SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develop and

execute an integrated six-monthly activity plan rolling up to an annual

marketing plan of demand creation programs that drive revenue through direct

and indirect sales teams

 Collaborate

with ANZ sales management leaders to influence optimal outcomes

 Provide

input and feedback to the APAC and EMEA marketing organisations on regional

needs as well as campaign effectiveness of campaigns undertaken

 Forecast,

measure, analyse and report on the impact of programs

 Develop new

approaches and opportunities for improving efficiencies and productivity

 Proactively

drive increase in ROI from marketing activities through focus on measurements

tracking and closed loop marketing campaign execution

 Proactively

identify market trends and needs and act to create opportunities in market

leadership for Oracle.

 Ensure that

marketing campaign tactics are appropriate and aligned with campaign

effectiveness guiding principles and rules of engagement, and industry

prioritization.

 Effectively

communicate plans and status to sales leadership teams

 Revise

marketing campaign plans as required to respond to market conditions or

pipeline gaps

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE andTRAINING:

 At least 10

years of experiences in Sales/Marketing, of which at least:

  • 3 years in IT solutionsmarketing

  • 5 years in sales/marketingsoftware solutions to large, complex organisations

 Proven

record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets

 Digital

Marketing knowledge, Amplification: content platforms and publishers

 Strong

analytical skills with ability to communicate complex ideas

 Self-starter

with positive outlook and high energy level

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
