Assistant Account Executive About the role We are currently looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join the Team in Sydney. The team specialise in the provision of insurance assisting with existing policy holders and new business quotes. This well established division will provide you with an opportunity to learn and grow within the insurance broking space, done through our fantastic level of mentoring and development opportunities. If successful you will assist across all aspects of client service including client contact, policy administration, claims management and technical support. Key Responsibilities Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to the Managing Principal. Support effective working relationships with insurers as required by A/C Executive/Principals. Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures. Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy. This position will suit a self-motivated and positive individual with outstanding organisational skills. You will be able to work effectively in both a team environment and independently. Additionally, you will have: Experience in administration or contact centre Insurance industry experience highly desired Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels including internal and external stakeholders Ambition and motivation to grow within the business Intermediate level competency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) About Marsh Marsh is the world's largest risk and insurance services firm, delivering superior risk management and insurance broking solutions.
