In this role you will deliver and project manage solutions to clients on a range of projects across the Career Consulting service offering. In this role you will: Gain an understanding of client issues and develop HR programs/solutions by applying your consulting skills, technical expertise, relevant methodologies and professional judgement Drive client solutions across all segments of the Career business and monitoring progress and peer reviewing the outcomes Manage multiple client projects in human capital – planning, designing and resourcing through to executing the plan that meets your clients workforce needs Build and nurture key client relationships in partnership with senior consultants and identifying opportunities to broaden and deepen these relationships Support business development initiatives and proposals Participate in internal projects to improve Mercer in particular talent, quality, service delivery, internal efficiency/effectiveness and intellectual capital To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant undergraduate qualification essential with a preference given to candidates with an MBA or related post graduate qualification Experience in reward and remuneration management in corporate and/or consulting contexts ideally with exposure to a number of industries Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to work effectively with peers to achieve quality outcomes Experience working with clients to understand their needs and develop practical and effective solutions with the ability to design and implement effective reward programs Solid client management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships Details oriented with high quality output Mercer is a global consulting leader in Health, Wealth and Career.
