Oracle Digital Prime is setting up a new team of Cloud Solutions Industry Leads in JAPAC. This strategic team will drive and align Go to Market strategy in accordance with customers’ industry needs. In this exciting role, you will develop a programmatic industry solution sales proposition and collaborate with sales management team to engage with our customers in the Professional Services vertical. You play as an ‘Industry Evangelist’, to mentor and set the technical direction for sales, marketing, partners and other supporting teams. Responsibilities

  • Develop Go to Market strategy and drive a programmatic solution sales proposition for Professional Services .

  • Creation of industry specific Cloud sales kits, customer messaging and sales enablement in JAPAC.

  • Design of industry specific cloud solution road maps and architectures strategy.

  • Engage with customer accounts to determine/create business needs, identify and develop opportunities, develop solutions.

  • Mentor and coach sales/presales teams to improve industry knowledge and solution selling skill.

  • Promote industry focused business and technology practices, create and deliver live Cloud workshops and demos.

  • Develop technical solution by leveraging Oracle Cloud technology and persuasively articulate meaningful business value.

  • Articulate Oracle Cloud Solution features, benefits and product roadmap with Professional Services specific view.

Requirement

  • 10 years of enterprise computing, designing and implementing information solutions experience.

  • 5 years of experience within Professional Services vertical designing and implementing information solutions. Job experience in Professional Services as CIO, CTO, IT manager is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of the business processes within the Professional Services vertical: industry-specific trends, business drivers and challenges.

  • Good understanding of typical IT infrastructures in Professional Services, spectrum of solutions in use.

  • Strong knowledge of Cloud computing technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to meet with and present to C-suite executives.

  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of Oracle's Cloud portfolio.

  • Excellent leadership and influencing skill to work in a matrix environment across multiple teams.

  • Demonstrate the ability to solve complex technical problems with customer accounts.

  • Ability to travel regionally on business needs.

  • IT BS degree or equivalent.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
