We are currently recruiting Filenet Application Developers for an 18 months fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

The Application Development team is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of enhancements. As an Application Developer your responsibilities include –

  • Design IBM FileNet P8 architecture runway. Design taxonomy for IBM FileNet Content engine(CE). Design java interface specs for enterprise applications. Design IBM case manager solutions.

  • Developed FileNet application components along with BPM artefacts. Develop java server-side components and interfaces. Develop java transaction APIs.

  • Troubleshooting & application support for FileNet P8 applications and java enterprise applications.

  • Support System testing(ST), system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for IBM FileNet P8 solutions and java enterprise solutions.

  • Automate DevOps process for IBM FileNet P8 and java enterprise solutions.

  • Create solutions for complex business scenarios

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to team coding standards, development processes and best practices.

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

  • High experience in IBM FileNet P8 Content Engine(CE), IBM FileNet P8 Process Engine(PE), IBM FileNet P8 Application Engine(AE), IBM Image Services(IS), IBM FileNet Workplace, IBM FileNet WorkplaceXT, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator(ICN), IBM Content Search Services (CSS), IBM Stored IQ. IBM FileNet Capture.

  • Programming Language experience with OO programming e.g. Java, C#, Python etc

  • Technology experience like Java Spring, Struts, Java messaging services (JMS), MVC Frameworks for Spring and Struts, Java Server Faces (JSF), JaxRS, JaxWS , Javascript Framework (Angular JS, React JS), ORM(Hibernate). Basic knowledge on HPaaS, Massage Queue(MQ).

  • Database experience like Oracle RDBMS, MySql, IBM DB2, Postgres SQL.

  • Tools used IBM RAD, Eclipse, Maven, LISA, POSTMAN, SOAPUI, Jenkins, JIRA, CARA, JFrog, SonarCube, GIT, SourceTree, Confluence, Splunk, BMC Remedy, Sterling, Quartz.

  • Operating System worked on IBM AIX, Microsoft Windows server OS, Redhat Linux

  • Solid experience in working with servers such as IBM Websphere, JBOSS, Weblogic, Apache tomcat

  • Certified SAFe Agilist as per Client’s request.

  • IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) expertise will be preferred.

Compensation package from $71 400 (full-time equivalent inclusive of superannuation) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
