About the role

This HR Generalist role has a reporting and analytic focus with the successful candidate possessing a creative flair and ability to interpret and present data in a manner that is readily intelligible and meaningful to the business. In addition, you will support your HR colleagues, and the wider business, on a broad range of reporting requests, administrative processes, projects and key initiatives in an environment which encourages you to be your best. You will be able to participate in significant projects and provide support across the Pacific region. Key areas of responsibility in this role include:

Establish HR reporting and analytics for the business Become a Workday Champion for the HR team Translate data into meaningful insights and assist in the development of recommendations that support key HR related business decision making Partner with business leaders to establish regular reporting and analytics that drives process improvement across the business Provide a highly analytical and detail oriented understanding of HR business processes and data, and be able to use data to assist HR Service functions and management Design and develop presentation materials for key stakeholders, including dashboards Supporting and/or leading a work stream on HR cyclical activities and projects Providing HR support and advice to their own client group Be responsible for Workers’ Compensation, WHS and First Aid Basic HR related administrative work QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will possess:

Ideally, 2-3 years of Human Resources experience in an HR officer/Coordinator within a large organisation Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Be able to communicate complex ideas and concepts in an intelligible, common sense manner to a broad audience as well as listen and interpret stakeholder needs to ensure their requirements are met Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in creating reports and analysing data Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure projects are completed on time Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning An understanding of Australian employment legislation, Health & Safety and HR best practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior stakeholders This is an exciting and challenging role that offers a highly supportive and collaborative team environment as part of a Global Professional Service organisation offering a competitive range of health, wealth and lifestyle benefits.
