Job tasks and responsibilities
Establishprofessional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customeraccounts
Leads accountplanning process that develops account strategy, financial targets and criticalmilestones
Lead and manage theend to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such asPre-Sales Consultants, Oracle Consulting, Executives, and Partners
Definingappropriate HCM Value Propositions, driving the implementation of sales andmarketing campaigns
Understand thecompetitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position OracleHCM solutions
Pipelinedevelopment through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns and marketsector knowledge/intelligence
Create and maintaina sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors
Engage withprospect organizations to position Oracle solutions through strategic valuebased selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analystdata
Generate short termresults whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenuegeneration
Accurate quarterlyforecasting and revenue delivery
Skills and experience
A proven enterpriselevel HR, Recruitment, Learning or Payroll sales track record
Established networkand excellent reputation in Auckland and NZ
Several yearsexperience selling complex HCM related software solutions.or services
Good HCM commercialknow-how such as HR Transformations, Shared Services, Talent Management,Talent Attraction/Retention, Background Screening etc.
Ability tocommunicate at C-level.
Self-managed andself-driven problem solver
Team player andmotivator.
