We are currently recruiting industry consultant for a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

The Application Support team is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of enhancements. As an Application Support your responsibilities include –

  • Understand business requirements and define solution architecture.

  • Work with client to understand business requirements and transform it to functional requirements.

  • Work with Business Analyst to understand business requirements and help offshore/Onshore team to understand it.

  • Provide support for client business critical production go live and provide technical support for any issue.

  • Provide support during all testing phases like ST, SIT, UAT and SVP.

  • Provide support for Disaster recovery test.

  • Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success

  • Assist in creating solutions for client and/or internal review

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

  • Experienced with an SWIFT products and services. Like installing, Configuring of SWIFT Products.

  • Understanding and experience of payments Domain

  • Experience with Unix Platforms like UNIX, AIX, Linux and Solaris Operating Systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Experience in MQ, WAS, Oracle Database and DevOps

Compensation package from $82 110 (full-time equivalent inclusive of superannuation) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
