Sales Snr Director - NetSuite Lower Mid-Market
NetSuite Direct Sales organization is responsible for delivering and exceeding assigned revenue goals through the acquisition of new customers in the Japan and Asia Pacific market. The General Manager of NetSuite’s Lower Mid-Market (LMM) APAC segment is responsible for leading a team of Sales Professionals to drive revenue in a highly dynamic and productive market segment.
This is achieved through taking a highly scalable and flexible Cloud ERP offering coupled with a leading practices-based sales and implementation methodology to high growth and disruptive prospects.
The leader of the LMM business is responsible for the strategy and execution of the sales business and will develop strong virtual teaming across multiple lines of business. Success metrics include New Business Revenue, New Business Logo’s delivered by NetSuite Direct Sales and Professional Services.
Based in Sydney or Singapore.

Build and Execute strategy to drive the Lower Mid-Market Markets in Asia Pacific
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual New Business revenue goals
Create and execute new go to market initiatives to enhance existing revenue streams
Cross functional collaboration – Marketing, Pre-Sales, Professional Services
Leadership of team to deliver revenue goals
Develop and Execute strategy to deliver on required business outcomes
Ensure that Customer satisfaction is maintained
Develop required business, product and sales skills within team
Actively drive retention strategies to maintain low-levels of attrition
Provide appropriate performance management
Lead cross functional teams
Revenue Target Delivery
Recruitment of headcount to budgeted levels
Retention of Key Talent through appropriate career and personal development
8-10 years managing multi-disciplinary teams
Demonstrated track record of success in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in negotiating at a senior level
Tertiary qualification in Business core related discipline
Experience managing through managers
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle
- s opportunities across all products and product lines.
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge.
