About the Role This Administrative position sits within our Wealth business, within the Global Manager Research group and its key aim is to provide administrative and operational support to the Manager Research team ensuring a high quality research process is maintained; from meeting scheduling, research documentation, through to rating submissions. The team has a high profile globally, with clients, investment managers and senior Mercer personnel. Whilst the role is based in Sydney, the role will require interaction with researchers and consultants around the globe and also across all the research boutiques. Responsibilities include: Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and proactivity in providing general support to the team, and manage the administrative component of multiple stakeholders Work with in-house databases and systems (proprietary investment databases as well as administrative systems such as i-expense, BCD travel, WebCas iProcurement etc.) Manage regular and ad hoc reporting, develop training materials, contribute to business development proposals, and prepare client presentation materials, all in a timely manner and as per Mercer standards Coordinate quarterly and monthly reporting Assist with planning for large events including room bookings, issuing invitations, catering and appropriate paperwork Interface with other parts of the business and external bodies to answer queries and provide exceptional customer service About you You adhere to a firm policy of professional integrity and openness.
