MMC are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates to join our Marsh business as Talent, Learning & Inclusion Leader – Pacific Region on a 12 month contract. As the Talent, Learning & Inclusion Leader – Pacific Region, you will be primarily responsible for leveraging the strategy set by Global Talent, Learning, and Diversity leads, customising this based on regional and local requirements and business strategy, and then leading the team to deliver on those priorities. Working closely with the CEO, HR Leader and key stakeholders across the business, an ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships will be critical to your success. Key activities within each pillar include: Talent Continuing delivery on the Talent Management program and agenda for the Pacific region This includes identifying, developing, monitoring, and tracking talent across the talent pipeline, from graduates to top snr executive level. Continual development of existing programmes for this (e.g. Graduate programme, top management development programmes, etc) or leveraging existing global Talent Development programs Learning Rollout of the 2020 Learning curriculum, which incorporates programs across leadership, sales & client engagement, and career development. Increasing the utilisation of existing tools, programmes, methods (including online learning) across the Pacific population. This includes engagement with a new Learning Management system being rolled out January 2020. Manage of the Performance year end process for the Pacific region, in close collaboration with the HR Business Partnering team. Program facilitation Inclusion & Diversity Accelerate progress on key I&D initiatives, including a focus on increased diversity of leadership, and activities to support colleague engagement. About You Tertiary qualified, you have proven experience in managing Talent priorities for a large business, and are also comfortable in managing a learning function, including some facilitation. You will be willing to work both in a strategic and ‘hands on’ capacity. You will have outstanding relationship management and leadership skills. R068617-en R068617
