Marsh & McLennan ASEAN Marketing Manager in Taguig, Philippines
The ASEAN Marketing Manager based in Philippines will lead the vision, strategy and day-to-day execution of Mercer’s marketing initiatives in Philippines & other ASEAN countries.
As a strategic business partner to the Country Leadership Teams, this marketing manager will focus on enhancing Mercer’s brand position as well as growing market share which are critical to achieving revenue and growth objectives. This position would lead all aspects of marketing strategy, demand generation and execution in Philippines and other ASEAN countries, leading the development of effective marketing plans that help drive and support growth targets. The position requires an experienced, innovative B2B marketer with demonstrated skills in successfully developing multi-channel marketing campaigns; supporting sales activity through market analysis, audience segmentation and lead generation; managing brand stewardship and enhancing share-of-mind; developing and implementing direct sales opportunities. The Marketing Manager would work in close partnership with the leadership teams and Asia marketing team to deploy global/regional marketing efforts at the local level, overseeing the day-to-day execution of integrated programs and strategies.
You would be expected to :
Coordinates the development of competitive value propositions, client-centric messaging and points of view. Manages mid-sized marketing campaigns. Collaborates with marketing vendors related to the sourcing/procurement and distribution of promotional materials utilized at various events. Monitors key performance indicators, particularly those related to demand generation, sales follow-up and brand engagement. Manages digital and direct-response led marketing plans to communicate messages, engage with target audiences and capture sales leads. Manages project budgets and assists with budget forecasting and reconciliation. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you are expected to have :
Degree in a related business, marketing or public relations 8-10 years of experience as Marketing Professional preferably within a B2B or consulting business Strong marketing strategy skills. Ability to provide leadership and counsel to Market Leadership Team Demonstrated expertise in brand development, digital initiatives, PR, marketing analytics, direct response and lead generation Strong writing and project management skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact in a team environment with all levels of employees including senior management Business minded marketer with financial acumen and solid excel skills Proven ability to influence and serve as a strategic thinker to senior management Marketing and Public Relations experience Experience working with a global community of marketing and sales professionals using data and insights to drive qualified leads into the pipeline and manage nurturing along the buyer journey Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced environment Able to lead through influence working closely with marketing and sales, finance, corporate IT and the business Experience working with CRM, marketing automation and content management system tools Experience in B2B2C marketing (a plus) R_009865-en
