We are now seeking bright and ambitious Professionals to join our Organization as Senior Client Manager for Visayas and Mindanao markets for Philippines to help us to further grow and develop comprehensive reinsurance solutions for our clients in Asia.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible of supporting clients around Asia region which included SG, MY, HK, TH, IND and PH countries. This entails going client visit, checking client’s needs in order to configure functionally the tool to provide client access and further instructions in utilizing correctly the tool. In addition, the role also entails product demo and training to client site.
The role will work with the Claims team, client executives and clients to setup Marsh ClearSight as Client Facing Technology for Marsh’s clients. This will also entail on being involved in gathering client’s requirements and configure ClearSight based on Client’s requirements. Furthermore, the Clearsight Admin will suggest solutions that could be useful for the clients’ needs and provide end user technical support for queries relating to the tool.
- System configuration
Work closely with business to understand client’s requirements
Conduct ClearSight demo to brokers and clients on the Marsh ClearSight offerings during RFP (if required) and other ad-hoc requests
Make recommendations on system functionality, depending on client needs
Utilizing knowledge of insurance and Claims data handling, work with business colleagues, Claims team, clients to design dashboards and metrics for their risk management needs
Setup client access and configuration independently
Maintain client access and functionality
- Technical Support
Provide system administration support for Marsh ClearSight users
Ensure that incoming work is handled effectively, promptly (in line with Key Performance Indicators and other deadlines) and accurately so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded.
Demonstrate flexibility in approach and follow up to achieve resolution of outstanding issues.
Manage and prioritize a demanding and complex personal workload. Keep Team Manager / Department Manager apprised of progress on key work items.
Prepare training materials for clients, customize training materials based on client’s requirement where necessary
Conduct ClearSight training to brokers and clients during implementation of CFT
Bachelor's Degree holder
3 to 5 years work experience in doing business analysis and system/ tool configuration and administration
Relevant and strong experience in doing client interfacing, client presentation and reports analysis
Capability in ClearSight or other Risk Management system
Able to learn new system functionalities and configuration procedures
Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus
Key software tools (Excel, Databases, PowerPoint) required.
