The incumbent will aid existing and new business expansion in Career through management and delivery of projects, networking and prospecting existing or new products/ services and ensuring pipeline projects are closed. You will work closely with the Business Leader in overall development and implementation of Rewards strategy for Mercer clients and support sales activities.

You can also look forward (but not limited to):

Rewards and Performance Management Projects: Define, determine client specific project scope on Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework. You will develop, manage and deliver these projects with support from Business Leader and technical experts in the region. Network and liaise with other line of businesses and other channel marketing to identify and pursue sales leads, actively manage individual opportunities, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and lead opportunity meetings with clients about Rewards and Performance Management projects or products. Sales Pursuits: Develop business proposals. Deliver group presentations and in developing new opportunities by introducing existing and prospective clients to other services and products in order to drive revenue. Conducting of Compensation market research and feasibility studies and in analyzing the viability of alternative business development opportunities. Project Management: Manages simple to complex rewards and performance management engagements and support the survey management from time to time on technical aspect by delivering advise, or recommendation to ensure good client answer and project efficiency. QualificationsWe are seeking for a confident individual with minimum 6 years' experience selling in the Reward consulting and/or product space.

Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in Excel with excellent organizational and prioritization skills Demonstrates project management skills, effective and qualitative with deliverables Strong business acumen and ability in executing complex business initiatives Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative nature Proven track record to build successful business and working relationships at all levels R_004592-en
