The Global Delivery Model Services (GDMS) organization is focused on three strategic objectives: articulation and integration of Global Delivery Model (GDM) strategy; definition, build-out and continuous improvement of GDM delivery capabilities; and ongoing execution of GDM operations to ensure seamless quality and service across the Service Delivery Network (SDN).
The Global Delivery Model Solutions team develops programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, implementing, and managing a robust Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of the firmâ€™s Global Delivery Model (GDM) operations on a world-wide scale. This includes establishing governance operating processes for maintaining and improving the BPM over time.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Providing end-to-end program and project management services including workplans, project scope, business resources, partnering with IT program and project managers; and,
Leading programs or projects in support of a strategic plan, will also be responsible for stakeholder management, proper usage of the PM Methodology, including creation of project artifacts.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Managing multiple end-to-end project and programs, as well as experience developing and managing workplans, project scope and business resources;
Influencing the highest levels of leadership that result in driving the activities for successful program and project delivery;
Providing strategic direction for department, leadership and projects, recognizes ineffective strategies and recommending alternative approaches or solutions to capitalize on change;
Using the Firm's standard suite of work solutions (e.g., Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and technical tools (e.g. Business Warehouse);
Inspiring others to strive to meet the organization's vision by demonstrating leadership, passion, enthusiasm and personal dedication;
Coaching, training, building and leading teams in a wide variety of areas including, but not limited to, teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building, and business knowledge;
Translating concepts and/or visions into, and subsequently deliver on, an action plans; and,
Leading formal or informal management of project team and/or a team of project managers.
