Partner Affairs is comprised of Partner Admissions, Firm Governance, Partner Compensation, Partner Talent Management, Partner Development, Administration, HRIS/IT/Web and National Benefits.
The Talent Management team is dedicated to the development and advancement of the firm's partners. Our primary clients are the partners of the Firm, where ultimately value delivered to the partners is realized as value delivered to the Firm's clients. Working closely with the firm's Partner Talent Management Leader, the Partner Talent Management team will apply their understanding of senior/executive talent management, Leadership Development and strategic change management in creative ways to integrate business and strategic initiatives and processes and achieve the Partner Talent Management vision. This team will develop, drive and support a wide range of strategic US cross line of service efforts that impact the firm's 2,900 partner owners. They will provide strategic counsel and operational support to the Partner Talent Management Leader and Partner Affairs Leader.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Managing project lifecycles (i.e. design, testing, execution, deployment and on-going support) within the PeopleSoft product suite, (i.e. systems, queries and reporting, table maintenance), HCM Cloud Solutions, and related system bolt-ons pertaining to the intricacies of a professional services firm partnership model or C-suite within the financial services industry;
Having functional knowledge with HCM Cloud systems including Planning, Performance Management and Compensation modules;
Managing and executing security requests with ERP applications and custom solutions across the enterprise; and,
Leveraging various quantitative and qualitative methods, utilizing PeopleSoft, HCM reporting Solutions and the Microsoft Office suite (and other related technologies) to write queries, analyze data, and deliver analytics pertaining to compensation planning, evaluation, income allocation processes, and other-related admissions and developmental areas for a partnership model within the professional services industry.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Managing, project lifecycles (i.e. design, testing, execution, deployment and on-going support) within the PeopleSoft product suite (i.e. systems, queries and reporting, table maintenance), HCM Solutions and related system bolt-ons pertaining to the intricacies of a professional services firm partnership model or C-suite within the financial services industry;
Performing analysis, developing queries and reports, and delivering resultant metrics and analytics (via reports, presentations, whitepapers, et al) involving compensation planning, evaluation and income allocation processes to owners within a partnership business model through the use of PeopleSoft, HCM Cloud reporting tools, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel formula writing and complex data functionality), and other applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Exhibiting functional knowledge with HCM Cloud systems including Planning, Performance Management and Compensation modules;
Supporting business processes as they evolve with agility and innovation;
Managing and maintaining our security requests and protocols established by our Internal Audit department;
Leading multiple and varied project workstreams, as well as creating and executing strategy through autonomous thought leadership, focused on key Partner-related business issues;
Identify effectiveness and efficiency opportunities to drive continuous improvement in the execution of centralized efforts;
Conducting business performance analysis of actual results against targeted for processes and activities;
Working autonomously and influencing without direct authority, liaise and coordinate with individuals, teams and various stakeholders across all parts of a matrix professional services environment;
Navigating assertively to accomplish tasks and developing a network of key client and stakeholders;
Managing and maintaining relationships for collaboration; and,
Conveying written and verbal messages to a variety of audiences in an organized, compelling and strategic manner.
The Partner Performance Management, Profit Allocation and Human Capital Operations team manages and executes a One Firm approach related to partner planning, evaluation, profit allocation, performance income, human capital, partner quality management, operations and all related processes.
