A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Information Technology Quality team manages Information Technology operational processes, including configurations, change management, and incident management and provides oversight to third party suppliers that deliver services for Information Technology operations.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Quality Testers will build automated tests and test applications establishing a quality product is delivered to the business, have an emphasis on testing automation using tools like Selenium, and Cypress, and also will build and manage test suites, test cases, and shared tests with VSTS.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or proven success in the following:
Executing various aspects of business and/or information technology-related client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment;
Testing strategies, code coverage validation, unit tests, front end tests, integration and functional tests with thorough automation skills;
Demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft development tools and methodologies including Visual Studio (Azure DevOps), MS Sharepoint, MS SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, SQL, database tools, reporting tools, and other application tools/languages;
Possessing knowledge of development methodologies such as Object Oriented, Rational Unified Process, Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, ERP, Maintenance, COTS implementation, Model-driven Architecture as well as Automated Testing (Cypress, Selenium);
Managing small projects and performing test case reviews;
Contributing subject matter knowledge as part of the development of Information;
Possessing knowledge of technology-related standard industry leading practices;
Performing appropriate Reviewer or Contributor role for all work projects and projects assigned to Technical Lead; and,
Coaching and mentoring offshore team members and junior testers.
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:
Leading small development projects with at least 3 consultants;
Assisting the Lead Manager Architect on large projects;
Performing application maintenance and support of solutions;
Resolving complex technical issues for the area of responsibility on the project;
Reviewing deliverables of offshore resources; and,
Participating in Information Technology-related consulting-related projects within a professional services environment.
