Oracle Senior Product Marketing Manager/Product Positioning Expert in Tarrytown, New York
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Senior Product Marketing Manager/Product Positioning Expert
We re looking for a messaging expert who lives and breathes the details of the product, knows what makes it special, understands the people who will buy it as well as the people who will use it, and has the drive and creativity to sell the value of our products. This role works closely with teams across the organization including Product, Marketing and Sales.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role will craft compelling messaging, strategy, pricing & packaging, and collateral that differentiates Oracle s Construction and Engineering solutions to the market.

Conduct analysis into the defined product and market areas to support strong positioning and marketing strategies.
Be a strong storyteller and expert positioner, building assets that are clear, concise, salient and consumable; including decks, demos and website content.
Work closely with corporate marketing on the development of campaigns, event content and in general be an SME actively involved in the delivery of these materials to drive pipeline and awareness.
Impactful communication - Expresses thoughts and ideas in a clear, succinct and compelling manner, adjusting language to engage the audience effectively
Facilitates change - Encourages innovative approaches to addressing opportunities and problems, planning and driving the implementation and acceptance of change
Required Skills & Experience
5 years experience in a product marketing, sales engineering or product management role
Knowledge of the construction industry, technology preferred
Outstanding written communication skills to write various types of collateral; demonstrated ability to write product literature, customer interviews, case studies and white papers.
Creative with ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments
Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative solutions and industry-based content with proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and content.
Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when required.
BA or BS degree preferred
