Directs people in, and develops the strategy for, the delivery of license advisory services while ensuring productivity, revenue and value contribution to Oracle's business. Implements, directs, and monitors policies, procedures, and standards.
Leads a team in an assigned area. Ensures appropriate business plans and delivery plans are established, managed, updated, and reviewed for assigned area. Networks and develops strong business relationships. Responsible for measuring team progress, coaching, performance management, and career development.
University degree or equivalent combination of studies and experience. Experience managing, strengthening and broadening key client relationships. Effective communication skills to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders. Typically 10 years of professional experience with relevant people management experience

The objectives of the Software Investment Advisory business will be centered on four key principles:
Proactive Account Management with dedicated alignment
Investment Maximization and helping customers realize the value of their Oracle assets
Cloud Transformation on Oracle
Providing Consulting Services by the Oracle Experts from Oracle (3rd Party Compete)
Role:*
Responsible for the delivery of the strategic and tactical enablement of Software Investment Advisory s organization to execute its core services; while ensuring productivity, revenue and value contribution to Oracle s business. Manages a team that advise, optimize and drive adoption on licenses and subscriptions to align with our Oracle s customers present and future needs.
Scope:
- Manages and leads a local/ virtual team Owns assigned team accounts territory / segment and objectives
Responsibilities:
Drives and executes strategy for the team specific area of responsibility, defining the business plan, objectives and KPI s aligned to organization strategy
Drives awareness of Software Investment Advisory s best practices and aligns with strategic direction and corporate objectives
Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure team objectives are met
Leads the team in building and evaluating opportunities and account plans
Tracks and analyses all teams related activities including customer visits, call activity, tasks management and account management
Works as a key member of the management team and be proactive in driving the business forward and play a key role in business planning activities
Manages strategic discussion with high-profile customers and delivers professional presentations and tenders up to Board level
Owns the success of services strategy against KPIs such as customer satisfaction, outcomes and service delivery timelines
Provides regular reliable reporting utilizing Oracle's systems, tools and reporting capabilities
Effectively communicates relevant information to team and all levels of the organization
Operates in line with Oracle s processes/procedures & core values
Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of the team
Drives the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management
Qualification:
University degree or equivalent combination of studies and experience in Computer Science
Typically 10 years experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry: consulting, account management, value engineering or customer success with at least 2-3 years experience in people management.
*Competencies: *
Understanding of IT technical architectures, software deployment models and affinity with technical matters
Ability to create business cases using software deployment data and financial metrics such ROI, TCO and Payback periods
Come with a background of devising and executing key account plans
ITIL, CSAM, ITAM, CISA, Oracle VM, TOGAF, PMP or Prince2 or other technology-specific certifications preferred
Experience in large and complex IT environments
Customer life cycle management
A proven ability to sell in a consultative manner with the appropriate level of technical understanding and experience to hold high-level discussions and negotiations
Ability to develop strong, constructive relationships with multiple stakeholders in international work environment
Strong communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, including being able to liaise with both technical/ business & internal/ external contacts
Ability to influence C level stakeholders in order to gain credibility quickly, inspire trust and confidence
Have experience of developing, coaching teams
Fluent in English, other languages dependent on the market / region
