Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and motivated EMIS Implementation Specialist for immediate employment in either the Warrenville, Illinois office or Telecommute. The position will provide many challenges and an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Business Case Development for an AECOM client EHS software/data management

  • Functional Requirements Development in collaboration with AECOM clients

  • Appraisal of Vendor Proposals against Functional Requirements

  • Implementation support of EHS software as an implementation consultant

  • Implementation support of EHS software as an implementation task lead

  • Preparation and presentation of training of implemented EHS software

  • Operation & Maintenance support of implemented EHS software

  • Support AECOM Senior leadership in proposal development

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong communications, planning and organizational skillsStrong technical writing skills

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of MIS related experience

  • Experience with EMIS software applications such as Enablon, ProcessMap, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in MIS experience in the Environmental field

  • Knowledge of Agile

  • Experience with MS SharePoint

  • Previous experience working for an environmental consulting company

  • Knowledge/experience in conducting client training related the a EHS software implementation

  • Knowledge/experience with SQL Scripting

  • Knowledge/experience with MS VBA coding

Additional Information:

  • This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.

  • Relocation support is not available for this position.

  • Ability to travel to client meetings up to 10%

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
